Shipping policy

Processing times may vary depending on volume of orders. Usual turnaround times range from 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delays may occur due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping for orders over $80

Orders are sent via Australia Post and delivery times are dependent on Australia Post's estimated delivery time.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer International shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please keep in mind that as our items are perishable goods (food items), we are unable to accept returns for unwanted purchases or if you have changed your mind.

Please inspect your order when it arrives to ensure you have received the correct items, please contact us as soon as possible any concerns and we will work to rectify the situation. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Freeze Dried Foods are extremely fragile and although we endeavour to package the products as best as possible, some breakage may occur during transit, which is outside of our control. The items are still edible and can be added to drinks or desserts as toppings and flavouring.

Allergen Information

Product specific allergens are listed on each product, however all of our products are manufactured on equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, egg, and soy. Even though all care is taken, there is still a risk of cross-contamination from one product to another.

Storage

Freeze dried foods should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened they should be stored in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. Similar to a packet of chips, their texture and freshness can deteriorate with heat, air, and moisture.
